If Obama gets elected, wouldn't that be concrete evidence that Affirmative Action is no longer necessary?

Wouldn't it be a double-standard if we continued to say that blacks are discriminated against in the workplace when one is sitting in the most prestigious position in the country? Affirmative Action may have been necessary 20 years ago, but times have changed. What do you think?
