If I eat the same balanced meal plan everyday, will I lose weight?

Yes, it all boils down to calories in vs. calories out. Your body does not really care what it gets for fuel as long as you are eating healthy. The problem that may arise is you becoming bored with your routine and straying...sometimes its best to mix it up a little. Maybe come up with 3 different days worth of meals and rotate that to provide some variety. Good luck!
