Is he ever going to ask me out?

So me and this guy have been hanging out for months now. Movies in our dorm, hanging out in friends rooms, going to parties together. It took him forever to finally kiss me and now we're definately more than friends. However he says that he doesn't want a relationship. But when we're together he acts totally different, he actually told me the other day for the first time that he liked me "face to face." He's shown PDA at parties and kissed me in front of his friends. My friends call him my boyfriend but idk how he feels about it. I really like him and we spend so much time together, i'm just ready to make it official!
