Is there multiplayer crossword puzzle game out there?

I'm looking for a crossword puzzle game in which I can collaborate with a friend or friends, either by racing each other through a puzzle, competing for points, or collaborating on the same puzzle at the same time via internet. I feel like it must exist, it's just like those Sudoku Race games that have surfaced, but for crosswords, and I can't find it!
