If Nixon Beat Kennedy In 1960 would there have been a Cuban Missile Crisis?

Krushchev thought Kennedy was a punk. I doubt he would have felt the same about Nixon (I neither hate Kennedy or ignore Nixon"s fatal flaws as a man)
