Do you agree this man deserved the death penalty?

Yeah, i think he should get life in prison, but not the death penalty. Although he was obviously negligent and because of it, there are people who are dead now, I don't think killing him is a solution (it's not gonna bring the lives lost back). But he did start the fire nonetheless and does deserve severe punishment, but I don't think the death penalty is appropriate
