ARE you allowed to go to war for a reason,say WMD'S not find any and then say, right we are not going home?

BECAUSE WE NEVER FOUND ANY WMD's,so now this war against Iraq is about,um,let's see,eh,pardon,yes that's a good one,this war is a war against terrorism,but Iraq didn't terrorise America,SHUT UP,it's called a war on terror
