Why amino acid sequence can be similar for 4 different organisms? ?
Probably a given amino acid sequence is absolutely necessary for protein function. So the mutations which lead to amino acid substitutions are lethal, but the mutations when one codon is replaced by another codon for the same amino acid are not.
