I am trying to get help geting a cash loan.can somebody help me with this.?

I am trying to get a 2,000 to 10,000 cash loan.it is for my girl and to buy food and get oil in my home and more. i try toget a loan prosper loan they said no.i want every where 2 times .every body said no. can some body please help mw with this to get a loan. thank you all. cindy.
