Make it as detailed as possible and absolutely add a photo. Be honest about your products and their condition and have it be well-written. I would say it's as easy as that! If they are looking for your kind of product, as long as it's a well-written one that is truthful (and has a reasonable price), there's no reason why it shouldn't sell.
