Doctor who question? Does Madame De Pompador know the doctors name ?

From the episode "The Girl In the Fireplace", The Doctor goes inside Madame De Pompador's mind. She then goes inside The Doctor's mind remarking "A door once opened can be stepped through in either direction". She later says "Doctor Who it's more than just a secret" so does she know his name?
