Do these dresses look o.k. for a wedding at 6:30 pm?

I like them and for the first dress I say silver jewelry and the second to go with black. But remember it is your brothers wedding you could show up in a paper sack as long as you are there to support him so to all those saying it is to informal its not. For the dresses I really wouldn't go with a belt as it may throw the look off. But if that is your style then go for it.
