I think it's a novel with biographical parts in it. It's about a woman during ww2 in Australia who meets an Italian POW in Australia. They get married and move to Italy after ww2 and I think she leaves her daughter behind. Then it's about her life in Italy.

I have a question concerning enlightenment?

The way I observe and understand it, some people do believe that all they need is to let go of their negativity and then they have reached it. A colleague introduced me to the so called Release technique last Friday and although it is indeed a wonderful technique to let go of negative, or even harmful emotions, if we have let go of that, in my personal view this is still not enough in life. I cannot properly understand why people can be then just content with the stage of releasing of negativity but having no other spiritual goal in mind. I do not know if you understand what I mean, and I myself am not understanding properly too. -:) So I was invited to a $600 enlightenment seminar which offered me enlightenment in 4 days time. But releasing my own negative stuff does not make me enlightened in my map of the world, although it is a very pleasant feeling to let go of bothering thoughts and indeed be able to follow my own intuition undisturbed again. What do you think yourself when you read this?

Yes, it all boils down to calories in vs. calories out. Your body does not really care what it gets for fuel as long as you are eating healthy. The problem that may arise is you becoming bored with your routine and straying...sometimes its best to mix it up a little. Maybe come up with 3 different days worth of meals and rotate that to provide some variety. Good luck!
